I didn’t expect to enjoy this book as much as I did, yet again, don’t judge a book by its cover. Real estate always felt really overwhelming to me, but the way the author wrote it feels like you can take anything regarding buying a property, even if you have never done it.
The book shows you everything, the fears and doubts that follow you through the process. And the fact that he shares a bit of his own experience, motivates the readers to try it.
Overall, I think this book is very versatile, it not only gives you advice on how to do certain stuff about real estate but also motivates you.
